【Acceptance of Terms】

By registering the Service, Customer agrees to be bounded by, and to comply with, the schedule and any  other terms and conditions posted that are related to the Service in effect and as updated by courier4u.com.hk from time to time. Courier4u.com.hk reserves the right all times to reject the registration.

　

【Your Registration Obligation】

Customer shall provide all the data as reasonably requested by Courier4u.com.hk when necessary for the provision of the Service once the Customer has registered the Service with the assurance that the Data is true, accurate, current and complete. The Customer is required to maintain and promptly update the Data to keep it true, accurate and complete by notifying Courier4u.com.hk whenever necessary. Courier4u.com.hk reserves the right to request for the most updated Data or to reject the registration; or to terminate any Customer's account when the information provided by the Customer is suspected to be untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete or misleading registration information

Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Service are provided on an "as is" basis and that the use of the Content and Service is at the sole risk borne by the Customer. Courier4u.com.hk endeavors to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, but does not guarantee its accuracy and reliability and accepts no liability (whether in tort or contract or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising from any inaccuracies or omissions. Customer agrees that courier4u.com.hk reserves the right at all times to use the provided in the delivery instructions addresses.

【Terms of Compensation】

In case of parcels/ samples and documents as evidenced due to the carelessness of Courier4u.com.hk, the amount of indemnity payable at its actual value to the Customer will be in accordance with the damage naturally arise from the loss and will not exceed HK$200. If either party wishes to apply the compensation, the customer need to give the written consent within 7 days due date as stated on the damages occurred.

　

【Termination】

If either party wishes to terminate the service, a written consent should be given. The termination is valid until all outstanding service charges have been settled and confirmed by courier4u.com.hk. If customer terminate account within three month, an administration fee of HK$50 will be charged for refunding the balance of prepayment amount. If the customer’s account balance is less than HK$30 and remains inactive for over one year, courier4u.com.hk will charge HK$30 as administrative fee.  If customer has not used the courier4u's Services in any continuous period of 12 months, courier4u.com.hk will charge HK$30 as administrative fee. Courier4u.com.hk reserves the right to suspend / terminate any Customer's access to the Service without notice, where Courier4u.com.hk is of the opinion that the Customer has breached any of the terms contained in the Schedule or that such action is appropriate, desirable or necessary in the reasonable opinion of Courier4u.com.hk.

　

【Limitation of Liability】

The Customer warrants that each delivery item is suitable for transportation by Courier4u.com.hk and is properly marked, addressed, and packed to ensure safe transportation. For the purpose of above paragraph, an item (“Restricted Item”) is deemed not suitable for delivery/ transportation by Courier4u.com.hk if: 

i.           It is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by any applicable law; or

ii.         Courier4u.com.hk decides it cannot transport the item safely or legally (e.g. animals, currency, negotiable instruments in

         bearer form, precious metals and stones, fragile items, pilferage, firearms, parts thereof and ammunition, human remains,

         pornography and illegal narcotics/ drugs, etc.); or

iii.        Any other items which is in the opinion of Courier4u.com.hk, the item is not suitable for collection/delivery, according to the

         terms and conditions of this Agreement or otherwise.

 

Courier4u.com.hk will not accept orders which involve any Restricted Item and expressly excludes all liability for taking order, delivery or handling a Restricted Item by mistake in any manner and the Customer shall indemnify Courier4u.com.hk against any loss and/or damages which may be suffered by Courier4u.com.hk as a result of taking order, delivery or in any way handling a Restricted Item.  Courier4u.com.hk will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, shortage, mis-delivery, non delivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information in connection with any delivery item caused by events which Courier4u.com.hk cannot control or any other events whatsoever, including but not limited to acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, theft, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omission of public authorities. 

　

Courier4u.com.hk will make its best commercial endeavors to provide the service to the customer. Nevertheless, courier4u.com.hk does not warrant the availability and quality of the Service and accepts no responsibility for any delay, suspension, failure, distortion, interruption, disruption or cancellation of any or all of the services.  

　

Courier4u.com.hk shall not be liable to the Customer or anyone else for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, costs or damages, nor any special or punitive damages, or injury caused in while or in part by Courier4u.com.hk's negligence in procuring, compiling, interpreting, editing, reporting or delivering any Content. In no event will Courier4u.com.hk be liable to the Customer for any direct, consequential, incidental special or punitive damages, including any lost profits or lost savings, or for any third party clam of any nature whatsoever related to the Service or its use.

【Terms of use】

Customer acknowledges that the Service and the Content are proprietary to the copyright of Courier4u.com.hk and / or its group companies and / or Sources and are to be used solely by the Customer, and the Content provided by the Service may not be copied, uploaded, manipulated, republished or redistributed to third parties in any form by any means without the prior written consent of Courier4u.com.hk and, where necessary, the Sources.

 

Customer will indemnify Courier4u.com.hk and Courier4u.com.hk's respective servants and agents, and hold Courier4u.com.hk and Courier4u.com.hk respective servants and agents, harmless against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses, including without limitation, legal fees and cost arising out of or incurred as a result of any claims made, or litigation brought, against Courier4u.com.hk and Courier4u.com.hk's respective servants and agents, as a result of the use by the Customer of the Content or Service or part thereof.

【Others】

Processing time at the collection and /or delivery point should not exceed 15 minutes.courier4u.com.hk reserves the right to reject any order exceeding the limits. Prepayment is only paid for the courier service fee. It is not paid for other purpose. 

The courier services fee will be charged if the sender or recipient is not available; refuse to receive, wrong address or cancel the order after the order has been processed. (No additional fee will be charged to for cancelled orders to return items to sender.)

Our company and staffs will not prepay in advance for any expenses on behalf of the customers. We reserve the right to suspend temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time without prior notice to carry out system modifications, adding or deleting any service information, and the terms of use & conditions of the services.In case of any dispute, the decision of courier4u.com.hk shall be final and binding.
